How to Access Your TD Ameritrade AdvisorClient.com?
Access your account anytime with AdvisorClient.com – TD Ameritrade Institutional secure client site.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are having any difficulty getting started please contact the office either by email or phone.
To get started, watch this video or follow the steps below:
- Visit www.advisorclient.com/getstarted
- Click “Get Started.” If you know your User ID, enter it here and then choose the validation method (phone or text/SMS). If you don’t have a User ID, please enter your account number and follow the on-screen prompts.
- A security code will be generated and provided to you via Phone or Text/SMS based on your choice in the previous step. Enter the Security Code where indicated.
- If you entered your account number in Step 2, you’ll now be able to create your unique User ID and password. If you entered a User ID provided by RCS, you’ll be prompted to enter a new password to continue.
- If you’re not already set up to receive communications electronically, you’ll be prompted to subscribe to electronic communications here. Enter your email address and continue.
- You’re now logged in to AdvisorClient.com!
Once you’re signed up, you can also access your account on the go with AdvisorClient® Mobile. Just visit the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™ store to download.
On AdvisorClient.com you’ll have access to your account balances, positions, tax documents, trade confirmations, statements, transaction histories and more.
No more waiting for a monthly statement to arrive. In fact, you can even opt out of paper statements and sign up for e-delivery.

- Sign into TD Ameritrade’s www.advisorclient.com
- Go to “Documents” Tab
- Choose “Tax Documents”
- Download desired document(s)
- Sign into TD Ameritrade’s www.advisorclient.com
- Go to “My Profile” Tab
- Choose “Communication Preferences”
4. Select “Update Preferences Individually” and follow the on-screen prompts
